Bang on 1unit, both teams were really struggling to get a side out yesterday and it's at times like this that you find out more about people.
It's strange but when you are down to the bare bones they are the ones that really care and give it 100% and get the result.
WELL DONE EVERYONE

A great result indeed, gotta echo all the comments on here about the commitment and determination shown by all - superb...
On another note, I would just like to give a little bit of praise to Imperium, they seem a good club, well organised, play good football and are actually a nice bunch of blokes. Considering they had just lost just their second game in about 15, and against their title rivals too, they were always fair and each one of their team congratulated us after the game - Fair play to those boys, a credit to the league.
To mirror that thought, I watched the first team lose the cup final on Friday through pens. Sometimes when a team loses, especially against the run of play and the opponents whooping in your faces, you see another side of a few if not all. As odd as it might sound, you boys showed you were proper sportsman by all standing there, taking it on the chin and appaulding the winners. Because of that I think PPFC were winners at the end of it....(I await the first 'Buzz you melt' comment...not caring!)

Great results all round at the weekend boys especially when you take into account how many players were missing for both sides. Buzz you make very valid point,I never really want to clap people that have just robbed us (in my opinion) but as I said to Mr Singh (and yes that is his name) who was watching, that's just another thing that puts OUR CLUB above all others. Let's kick on for the final few games of the season and bring home both leagues!!
